Emerging Players Tournament Results

In the games below, those players marked in green progressed to the next round. From the first round, those players marked in red progressed to the consolation round.

In the first round, if a new player lost as a result of an obvious mistake within the first couple of moves of the game, the game was restarted with the approval of their opponent without counting the score. This gave the new player an opportunity to learn without penalty. 7 games were restarted in this way.

At the end of Round 1, steved, tbutton, and morci withdrew from the tournament.
