Trax Rights

I have been advised that Trax's best chance of further rapid progress internationally is by selling off the head rights country by country to local investors/syndicates much better placed to maximise its potential in their own areas of influence than I am out here in New Zealand. Head rights are the right to licence others to manufacture and market or to self-market free of any obligations, the game in all its forms.

I will pay any Internet user a commission of 20% of the proceeds of each and any such sale facilitated that user. The value of these rights has been established, based on sales to date, at:

• USA US$100,000
• France, Germany, U.K. US$50,000
• All other countries US$25,000.
